Let’s talk about what’s next for you.
“So, what’s next for you?”
It seems like an innocent enough question. A friend asks it over coffee, your partner throws it out in conversation, maybe even your kids ask when they realise their schedule no longer dictates your every move.
And you? You laugh, make a joke about figuring it out, maybe say “Oh, who knows? I’ll get around to it.”
But deep down? You’re thinking:
I wish I knew.
You want something to shift—but you’re not even sure what that “something” is.
Maybe you don’t want a big, dramatic change. Maybe it’s not about quitting your job, moving cities, or reinventing yourself entirely. Maybe you just want to feel like you’re moving forward, instead of drifting through the days waiting for clarity to magically appear.
And that’s the frustrating part, right?
You don’t feel bad, exactly.
But you don’t feel lit up either.
So, what kind of change are you actually craving?
Not All Change Has to Be Big
We tend to think of change as something huge—new career, new hobby, big decisions, bold moves. But sometimes, the most impactful shifts are the smallest ones.
Maybe you’re craving a change in your routine.
📌 You’re tired of doing the same thing every day and want to shake things up—even if it’s just starting the day differently or making time for something that feels just for you.
Maybe you’re craving a change in how you spend your time.
📌 You’ve spent years putting everyone else first—maybe it’s time to reclaim some space for yourself without feeling guilty about it.
Maybe you’re craving a change in how you see yourself.
📌 You’re not who you were ten years ago—but who are you now? And what does this next phase look like for you?
Or maybe… you just want to feel like you’re in control of your own life again.
The Change That Made Me Realise This
For years, I did things because I loved them, because I was good at them, because being involved in & building community is important to me. But being paid for my skills? That’s a whole different story.
A big shift for me has been owning the value of my work.
Not just the feeling that what I do makes an impact, but actually stepping into the confidence that my skills, experience and coaching are worth something. As I approach the 1 year anniversary of my coaching business, I’ve begun to realise how much I’ve grown, not just in what I offer, but in how I see myself. I’ve invested time, energy and learning into this work, and I now see, really see, the value I bring.
That’s been huge! Because when you start recognising your own worth, you show up differently. You make decisions differently. You stop waiting for permission to take up space and start owning your impact.
That’s the kind of change that ripples into every part of life.
So now, as I step into this next chapter, my coaching prices are evolving too – to reflect the experience, knowledge and growth I bring to my clients.
If you’ve been thinking about coaching, reach out and start the ripples. If you know someone in your corner could be just what you need to get your year into gear, now’s the perfect time to start!
